From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease — the environment was calming, and Hugo & Aze were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The acupuncture was gentle but effective, and the massage really helped release deep tension I’ve been holding onto. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely relaxed. I come regularly to have acupuncture/ massage and there is always an amazing difference when I leave. Today however I feel even more better coming out, I am having a flare up so my whole body is stiff, tense and in pain and I noticed how much it had eased by the time I left! Thankyou both

Really relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Was so welcoming and helpful, especially when I had to bring my young baby along too. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Booked on behalf of my mom for a surprise. She has been so comforting and tailoring to my mom’s needs and wants. I’ve just completed a 6 weeks course with Charlotte. I had manual lymphatic body massage and face lift massage. I’m blown away with the results. My sleeping improved, my digestive issues improved and my skin had an added glow to it. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. Her warm nature makes you feel comfortable and her massage is a wonderful gift.
