Five stars isn’t enough! My hair was crying out for a makeover and Phoebe worked absolute magic. From start to finish, her attention to detail was second to none. She’s an expert at what she does and a complete perfectionist, making sure every section sat perfectly and every detail was just right. I walked in feeling overdue a haircut and walked out feeling like a new woman. My hair looks healthier, fresher and so much easier to manage. Thank you, Phoebe. You’re brilliant at what you do and it really shows.

I had the most amazing Ultimate Head Spa experience with Charlotte today and honestly can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and looked after. The treatment itself was incredible, exactly what I needed & I left feeling completely refreshed. This was my third treatment with Charlotte and every visit has been wonderful. She’s so welcoming, professional and genuinely cares about making each experience so enjoyable. I would give 10/10 stars if I could. The staff made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. I booked a masage and a facial and I left the place feeling like a new person. I could not recommend this place enough!
