I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

I would like to leave feedback for the nail services. I am very pleased with the result. The work is done in a very professional way, with great attention to detail. It is clear that there is care for quality and passion for what you do. Everything was clean, tidy, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I have already been a few times, and every time the experience has been just as good. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend these services due to their professionalism and consistent quality.

Laura is an excellent sports massage therapist. She is professional and friendly. She makes sure I am comfortable, relaxed and I always feel much better after a session. I 100% recommend Laura. She is outstanding.

Laura is fantastic, she takes time to understand what your needs are and she doesn’t rush the treatment. She makes me feel comfortable and the massage relaxed me so much I just wanted to sleep. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

What really sets Joanna apart is her perfectionism. Her prep is meticulous, and she takes her time to make sure the nails are structured and finished beautifully. She’s also very knowledgeable about BIAB / gel, and makes recommendations based on what will suit your nails best long-term. My retention with her has been amazing. I’ve been getting BIAB / gel for years and lifting was always a persistent issue no matter who I went to. Since seeing her, I haven’t had a single issue with lifting across multiple manicures. That alone speaks volumes about her skill and prep process.
