The Thai yoga massage was an incredible experience! It’s unlike any traditional massage — a perfect blend of stretching, movement, and deep pressure that left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapist guided my body through flowing stretches while working on tension points, and I could feel my flexibility improving instantly. It was both energising and deeply relaxing at the same time. After the session, I felt taller, lighter, and full of energy. Definitely a must-try if you want something truly transformativ. Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. A beautiful, healing treatment which I loved. I will definitely be back to Sacred Lotus!

I highly recommend Enrida. I have had several colonic hydrotherapy sessions with her and have always been very happy with the experience. I highly recommend House of Hussain for outstanding customer service, and professionalism. I had a nice pamper day at the salon, with my therapist Shadine.. What topped it was my dry foot pedicure, which exceeded my expectation.. I loved the steam blowing on my feet, whilst she worked very carefully on each toe, with great attention to detail, followed by a hot towel on each foot, It was a relaxing experience I thoroughly enjoyed.. When I left the salon it felt as though I was walking on air, as my feet felt revived, and soft like a cushion.. All round treatment was effective..

I've been coming to studio figura for about 6 months now. In that time, have had 3 manual massages and used the body rollers multiple times. Iwona and the team are very knowledgeable and professional, and the studio's always clean and comfortable. Personally I've seen noticible positive effects from treatments over time, and now a huge advocate for lymphatic drainage! Highly recommend

I had the Glass Skin Facial and Lash Lift with Kawtar yesterday and absolutely loved the experience! She is so kind, calm, and professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She gave me great skincare advice, helped me find the free parking, and even treated me to a relaxing head massage. My skin is glowing and my lashes look amazing. I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

An absolute luxury from start to finish. My Glass Skin Facial with Kaouthar was incredible. I arrived feeling anxious, but she instantly made me feel so comfortable, like I was with a close friend. The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments. The beautiful children’s play area with a professional carer is such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to come back!
