Kat was brilliant from start to finish. She really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for, which made such a difference. I have very fine, thin hair and she worked with it beautifully, I left with so much volume. The head massage was an absolute dream too. Highly recommend her! <3

I had the Glass Skin Facial and Lash Lift with Kawtar yesterday and absolutely loved the experience! She is so kind, calm, and professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She gave me great skincare advice, helped me find the free parking, and even treated me to a relaxing head massage. My skin is glowing and my lashes look amazing. The Thai yoga massage was an incredible experience! It’s unlike any traditional massage — a perfect blend of stretching, movement, and deep pressure that left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapist guided my body through flowing stretches while working on tension points, and I could feel my flexibility improving instantly. It was both energising and deeply relaxing at the same time. After the session, I felt taller, lighter, and full of energy. Definitely a must-try if you want something truly transformativ. Thank You my dear Lilia

Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. A beautiful, healing treatment which I loved. I will definitely be back to Sacred Lotus!

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with the therapist Enrida Kelly today, and I had a really positive experience. She was professional, kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. She also went out of her way to help me with my plasters, even though it wasn’t part of her job, which I really appreciated. It showed how caring and thoughtful she is. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend her.

It was amazing, Natalia kindly listened to my situation and needs, and also explained and created a safe space before going into the massage. Her touch was probably the softest, and great technique, both relaxing but also releasing muscle aches, thank you so much!

I had a lovely Lymphatic massage by Mittal today, it was very relaxing and I would definitely go back for more as it’s very important to take care the Lymphatic system in our body to achieve a heathy body. And I enjoyed the service from the nice lady from the Reception which make the whole experience very welcoming.

The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments.
