Amazing as always. The lymphatic massage was so relaxing I fell asleep, feel lighter and less puffy already. This was my second one and I can really feel and see the difference in my skin. Will be back for another in the next couple of weeks.

An absolute luxury from start to finish. My Glass Skin Facial with Kaouthar was incredible. I arrived feeling anxious, but she instantly made me feel so comfortable, like I was with a close friend. The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments. The beautiful children’s play area with a professional carer is such a thoughtful touch. I can’t wait to come back!

The Thai yoga massage was an incredible experience! It’s unlike any traditional massage — a perfect blend of stretching, movement, and deep pressure that left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapist guided my body through flowing stretches while working on tension points, and I could feel my flexibility improving instantly. It was both energising and deeply relaxing at the same time. After the session, I felt taller, lighter, and full of energy. Definitely a must-try if you want something truly transformativ. Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. A beautiful, healing treatment which I loved. I will definitely be back to Sacred Lotus!

I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

I highly recommend Enrida. I have had several colonic hydrotherapy sessions with her and have always been very happy with the experience. I had a wonderful experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was excellent perfect pressure, very relaxing, and clearly done by someone skilled and attentive.They really focused on areas of tension and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I've been coming to studio figura for about 6 months now. In that time, have had 3 manual massages and used the body rollers multiple times. Iwona and the team are very knowledgeable and professional, and the studio's always clean and comfortable. Personally I've seen noticible positive effects from treatments over time, and now a huge advocate for lymphatic drainage! Highly recommend
