Mashallah brother Bilal is well equipped and very knowledgeable in his field, goes an extra step by having a one to one consultation and giving you feedback and recommendations. the massage was very good and the hijama was done very well. Always have an amazing experience with Jordan I’ve had a few appointments with her now having lymphatic massages for post tummy tuck and lipo and wow I feel incredible every time. Honestly, this is the best massage ever. Remi is so experienced, applies the perfect pressure and responsive to what I need. I tried the buccal massage for the first time, it was excellent and really helped to relax my jaw. I cant recommend Remi highly enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.

Absolutely loved my eyelash tint! My lashes look darker, longer, and more defined without needing mascara. The treatment was quick, relaxing, and the result looks very natural. Highly recommend! This was my first lymphatic massage, and I never expected it to be this incredible. I’ve suffered from swelling and heaviness for a long time, and out of all the massages I’ve had in my life, this was by far the most relaxing and effective. The entire experience was seamless from the warm welcome at reception to the masseuse whose gentle technique made the session so enjoyable.
