The Swedish massage was really wonderful and very relaxing. Tracy has healing hands and I’ve had lots of massages over the years but none come close to Tracy’s massage skills. She is all round amazing and talented, excellent at nails and facials are brilliant! Verta

The massage was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The care that I was shown was like no other. I was so stressed recently but after that massage, it was impossible for me to feel any type of stress. The stress just completely left my body. I’ve had many massages from other people but Intuitive Studio is hands down the best that I have ever been to. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that I can. I will definitely book another massage very soon. Overall, I’m so happy with the massage and I will be back again! Highly recommend!

Honestly such an amazing experience. I wasn’t feeling well at all and had flu-like symptoms, but this massage helped me so much more than I expected. From the moment I walked in, the place felt calm, clean, and really relaxing. The therapist was so kind and professional and actually listened to what my body needed. The pressure was perfect and they focused on all the right areas. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely better than when I came in. You can tell they really care about their clients and their wellbeing. I’m so glad I came and I’ll 100% be coming back. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing! The back massage was with good pressure, and the gua sha massage was amazing! I liked the oil that Becca was using during the gua sha, it smelled so nice!

I have had an amazing experience! Ashanti was super professional and has amazing skills. not a nail out of place, amazing polish application plus a wonderful hand massage, i had the luxury shellac manicure and honestly would definitely book again. The venue is very clean! Payment and booking process were very easy.

My First time experiencing a Lomi Lomi massage, I would say it was very relaxing, Dr Vijay was very professional and had great knowledge of Lomi Lomi, deep tissue and Lymphatic drainage massages which I have booked in for next week, he get all my knots out in my shoulders and helped me with my sciatic nerve and tight glutes. He put me at ease and answered my questions. I highly recommend him and the staff they all do a great job.

I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

I had a deep tissue massage and a face massage with Polly, and both were absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I had the Skin Polish Resurfacing Facial today with Nicole and it was absolutely wonderful. My skin feels so refreshed, and the lymphatic massage at the end was the perfect finishing touch. From the moment I walked through the door at Pause Studio I felt safe and at home. I have wanted to try a Lymphatic Drainage massage for a while and I'm so glad it was with Adeline. It's a wonderfully relaxing and gentle treatment and I floated home afterwards and really felt the benefits afterwards, feeling lighter and energised. I will definitely be returning.
