My dad came from another country, and the very first thing he wanted to do when he arrived was book a massage at Motion Remedy with Gigi — he wasn’t interested in London attractions at all, which says everything. He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. Truly amazing results, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Motion Remedy is incredible, I've been going for the best part of the year and have enjoyed every single massage. I've now been getting regular pregnancy massages with Apple and honestly she has the hands of an angel. She is single-handedly getting me through the aches and pains of the third trimester and I cannot praise her enough. I also booked my husband in with Apple for an aromatherapy massage, he usually struggles with relaxing and is really tense, but he came out relaxed and rejuvenated!

Highly recommend! This was my first lymphatic massage, and I never expected it to be this incredible. I’ve suffered from swelling and heaviness for a long time, and out of all the massages I’ve had in my life, this was by far the most relaxing and effective. The entire experience was seamless from the warm welcome at reception to the masseuse whose gentle technique made the session so enjoyable. I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. However, oh my god, this place is hands down the best massage I have ever had, even beating out expensive 5-star spas! The masseurs were incredible. I had my first massage with Ula today, and it was a fantastic experience. I came in with lower back pain and tight shoulders, and she quickly found the areas that needed the most attention. Ula was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was excellent, and I left feeling much more relaxed with far less pain and tension. I enquired for a very last minute appointment and Honey bee was able to schedule me in. The therapist Sarah was really lovely, but the massage was one of the best ever with the perfect amount of pressure. I have never fallen asleep during a massage before, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. 10/10. I will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!!
