First time ever I decided to go go Hajamma. My brother in law recommended Bilal at Therapy Clinic Ilford. Bilal administered Hajamma. I found Bilal very knowledgeable in his field of physiotharapy. He was very kind and attentive. I commend Bilal highly. Will definitely visit in a months time.

Had a massage earlier and it was absolutely lovely. The whole experience was really relaxing and just what I needed. Absolutely incredible massage! We booked a 2-hour session on our last day in town, and it was the best decision we could have made. My massage with Palma was wonderful. I hold a lot of stress and tension in my upper back, neck and shoulders, so she focused on these areas. The massage itself was intense, but I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. I've been having trouble sleeping, but the night after my massage was the best night of sleep I'd had in weeks. I will definitely be booking another session.
