Always a great massage, highly recommend monthly visit for regular maintenance post exercise but also to sort out the occasional niggles from every day life. The monthly subscription really works for me and ensures I keep up with the self care and prevent any flair ups of back issues.

I had a wonderful experience with Kan’s traditional Thai massage. Her therapy room is very clean and beautifully calming, accompanied with relaxing music. Kan was friendly, professional, and instantly put me at ease. Her knowledge really showed throughout the session as she tailored the treatment based on how my body responded, which made a huge difference. The stretching was new but very needed! I left feeling noticeably better both physically and mentally. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a traditional Thai massage and I’m already looking forward to going back. Thank you Kan.

Natalie is really personable, we talked through what issues I was having and she recommended treatments and how they can help. The lymphatic drainage massage I had was incredibly relaxing and I could feel and see the benefits immediately.

Jess is extremely professional, making you feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. I highly recommend Jess for massage (and hot stone!) treatment if you are feeling it with your training. Jess is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I went to see Jess after experiencing a lot of soreness and tightness in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Jess gave an excellent massage and was very professional. I left feeling very relaxed and with a lot more range of motion in my neck. The hot stones really made a difference! Thank you Jess!

Just had HIFU with Ella. I literally can’t believe the instant results and will improve over the next 3 months. Not all HIFU is equal, I had from another Chelmsford salon a couple of years ago and saw no difference at all instantly or later! I would highly recommend especially while intro offer available. Jordan is a very skillful for sport massage. Have been visiting him since 6 months ago for my lower back pain and tennis elbow. He always listens to your concern and able to address the pain all the time. I'm definitely way better in these 6 months and highly recommended! Hardworking and sincere fella!
