As I walked in the girl in the front desk greeted me with kindness. Adriana then proceeded with asking me what service I wanted and haircut. She was attentive and she knew exactly what I wanted. She proceeded with washing my hair and let me tell you the products she used left my scalp and hair feeling brand new. My hair literally felt like it drank gallons of water. Adriana cut and styled my hair, and she was so much fun. Will definitely come back for when I add some highlights or color.

Elicia was really nice and did a good job with my haircut. I liked that she gave me tips on how to maintain my bangs. I took one star off because my appointment started over 30 minutes late. It looks like there was only one stylist working at the time which probably messed up the scheduling. Thank you for offering snacks and drinks while I waited.

I live out of state now, but it's always nice to get a fresh cut and color here with Jeanne when I'm in town. I don't mind driving for one hour each way to get my hair done. She fixed my messed up haircut from other hair salon stylist in my home state. I appreciate her for always able to squeeze me in with my very last minute request. Yangji, a stylish and attentive stylist, helped me choose the perfect shade, and I’m thrilled with the results. Today I got my haircut by Adriana and let me tell you my experience was just breath taking. I had a photo inspo for reference and Adriana saw it and just exquisitely executed and more. I have never experienced the warmth, friendliness and reassurance In a hair cut, until now. She was just perfect and her magic hands created such a masterpiece. My experience: This is my first time doing a full-head dye in LA. I was indecisive in between getting ash grey color (requires bleaching) and brown color (no bleach). I took a very long time deciding, but they were very patient and told me not to worry. Both Alex and Kiki have very professional skills and finished in a timely manner. They offered me water and make sure I was doing okay every 20 mins-ish. The vibe at the salon was great, there was nice background music played. The salon is very clean. This is definitely a place that I will go back again and it's highly recommended!

I had a great haircut and treatment experience at this salon in Rowland Heights. My stylist is from Hong Kong and did an amazing job — very professional and detail-oriented. He kept checking in with me throughout the haircut, asking for my preferences and making sure I was happy with every step.
