I love going to Jeanne to get my hair done. She is a sweetheart and patient and really can pinpoint what I like on my words and pictures. Don’t quite convey what I’m expressing. The salon is super cute and the staff is friendly. She can work magic with my hair.

Came in for a last-minute haircut with Jeanne and always amazed how she can work her magic. I just needed a few inches taken off and a refresh and I left the salon feeling like a new person! She takes her time and has great conversations with you and makes you feel at ease and relaxed and her salon. I love coming here and would recommend to anyone

Such a welcoming salon. It is hard to find. But it’s literally right next to the Kumon tutor school . The staff is super sweet

I recently moved around the area and I’ve been looking for a great hairstylist. Salon ONE 9 came up and the pictures I saw are similar to the hairstyle I want to achieve. Came in for a free hair consultation and explained Jeanne what I want and she got it right away. Salon One 9 did not disappoint. Jeanne is highly versatile and her expertise is remarkable. I like how the balayage blended naturally with my grey hair. She does wondrous cutting/layering with her swift, flawless technique and the result is ahh-mazing! Nicole is awesome too. Will definitely come back.

I got a haircut today with Jeannie and I can say that I left a new woman. She asked various questions about what I use, my hair history, hair goals. I showed her a pic of the style I was going for. I also added a split end treatment and everything went well. I loved the whole experience and look forward to keep coming back. I live out of state now, but it's always nice to get a fresh cut and color here with Jeanne when I'm in town. I don't mind driving for one hour each way to get my hair done. She fixed my messed up haircut from other hair salon stylist in my home state. I appreciate her for always able to squeeze me in with my very last minute request. Jeanne is not only a pretty face but she is very pleasant to talk to. She listened to my “predicament” and we were able to come up with a solution. She knows everything when it comes to hair. I will be coming back to do a balayage with her soon. Also I was talking to someone online prior to going to the salon, whoever I was talking with, answered all my questions and was able to squeeze me in at the same day.
