I had my first appointment with Kira today and I was really impressed. The whole experience felt relaxed and professional from start to finish. Kira took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. I’m really happy with the result - the haircut looks great! 💇🏼‍♀️You can tell there’s a lot of skill and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again!

Talia was attentive and friendly. She took the time to understand my preferences before we started. Throughout the haircut, she consistently checked in to ensure I was happy with the progress, resulting in a haircut that perfectly matched my expectations. Sadie was very patient with my very fidgety 4 year old daughter who went for her first haircut today. She kept my daughter calm who was a bit nervous about getting her hair cut. Thank you and would thoroughly recommend for children (and adults as I regularly get my hair cut there!)

I booked online and visited No. 77 for the first time. My original slot was cancelled due to short staff, but they rebooked me the next day and gave me a complimentary treatment! The staff is so friendly and we chatted the whole time. Sophie did a great hair wash, and my stylist Alessa was amazing. I got a custom wolf cut, and Alessa checked in constantly to ensure I liked the style, length, and if I wanted any changes. I felt totally comfortable speaking up. She gave me a lovely blow-dry and made sure I loved the result. Shoutout to Alessa, thank you! I loved the overall treatment.

Kira is a fantastic hairdresser. She has years of experience which is very evident in her approach, attitude, knowledge & ability’s. I had lost confidence in the past as other salons couldn’t seem to achieve what I wanted. After my initial consultation I left feeling hopeful. With Kira I really felt I was in safe hands. I had a very relaxing visit & didn’t feel at all rushed, Kira really took her time. The results were more than I could have hoped for! I left feeling very satisfied & I’m so happy that I’ve finally found my new hair heaven 🤗 thank you!!!

This was my first time seeing Kira fir my colour, cut and blowdry and she was very good. I am very fussy about my hair and it takes a lot for me to trust a new hairdresser but Kira was very understanding and surprised me.

I am new to No. 77 Salon. Having seen a recent picture of Shan’s work, it was clear this is someone who is incredibly skilled with scissors. I have struggled for many years to find a stylist who is really good at modern pixies/textured short bobs, and I am chuffed with Shan’s cut today. She’s simply excellent 👌 Thank you!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Sadie is an excellent hairdresser and so glad I found this salon. Great to see the refurbishment has gone well which makes it seem fresher brighter and bigger than before.
