Emma detailed the process, and we collectively decided that a comprehensive wash, blow dry, and haircut would be a more sensible option than incorporating additional unwanted colour. By doing so, I'll be able to grow out my existing hair color, ultimately achieving the desired appearance.

The team are absolutely amazing! They’re always so accommodating, even when I book at the last minute. I’ve been gradually lightening my hair, and I really appreciate how much they care about protecting it from damage. Their advice on aftercare and maintaining my hair between salon visits has been so helpful. Each team member is incredible in every way—from being colour experts to hair-cutting magicians, and not to mention those heavenly head massages that make you melt right out of the chair while getting your hair washed. This is by far my favourite hair salon. Well done team!

Had the best experience with the team at Equal Image! I came in with years of black box dye and walked out with the most stunning balayage—better than I could’ve imagined. The team guided me through every step of the process, constantly checking in to make sure I was happy with the progress. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and so friendly. On top of that, they provided nibbles, champagne, and tea and coffee throughout—such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience feel extra special. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years! I have been getting my hair done by Kylie at Laura J for many years and I am always extremely happy with her work and salon. Now that she has moved to her home hairdresser I am also extremely happy. Her home salon is very well set out and very inviting. She runs a very professional business and her standard of hairdressing has remained as good as before. I moved house away from the area, but I still prefer to travel to get my hair done by Kylie as I know it is always cut well. and looks great. Kylie is an accommodating and friendly person to deal with and always looks after her clients.

Great to be back with Chelsea. Over 18 months we took my hair from dyed to natural grey. The project was executed without a hiccough and, to this day, we’re both thrilled with the result. And Chelsea is delightful and understands her clients to a T. Highly recommended.

Jayne did my root color first time , she did amazing job and merged my hair very nicely. She trimmed my hair too. She is very good and knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable while doing my color and trim.

I loved it! This is definitely my go-to hair salon.
