Finally a salon in the area I feel comfortable attending! From the moment I walked in the ladies made me feel really welcome. I have had some shocking lashes before that damaged and wrecked my natural lashes, so I was really clear on what style and length I was after. They absolutely nailed it! I love my lashes and I love that Raymond Terrace now has Empress Esthetic! Thanks again ladies! 🩷

I love that no matter who is on the front door your always greeted with your name. Makes you feel so welcomed and not just another number. It’s great Raymond terrace has a hairdresser salon I want to go back to again and again. Love my colour always thank you Matilda

Empress Esthetic is my go-to for all my hair needs. The stylist Clare is talented and always makes me feel pampered during my visits. I've received both haircuts and color treatments at this salon and have been thrilled with the results every time. The staff are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I highly recommend Clare at this salon to anyone in search of a top-notch hairdressing experience.

The new salon is incredible! They've brought a luxury space you'd expect in the city to Raymond Terrace. The girls all were all 10s as usual, in particular Lex who did my hair. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, They make everyone feel like a VIP from the minute you walk in! Very happy with my hair and the experience.

The Salon exceeded my expectations!The stylist Clare was friendly and attentive, and she provided great recommendation for my hair type. The products used were high-quality and my hair looked amazing afterwards salon had a relaxing atmosphere and I appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely be a returning customer. This my goto for all my hair needs. The stylists are talented and always make me feel pampered on my visits. The staff are knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Great experience. I just went for a basic cut, my hairdresser was running late but they tried to call me to warn me which I think is good service (I missed the call). As I had to wait they offered a complimentary drink/food which I also thought was great service. My hairdresser was friendly and professional and I am happy with my haircut.

​I had such a great experience at Empress Esthetic Hair & Beauty Studio! From the moment I walked in, the Empress team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. ​A huge thank you to Tamara for fitting me into her busy schedule. While my hair dye was setting, I was even treated to a lovely coffee! It was great chatting with Tamara, who gave me some expert advice on Keratin Nanoplasty smoothing for my mop—definitely something I’m looking into now. ​A massive shout out to Rhinuschka as well for doing such a terrific job with my hair. I’m so happy with the result. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the service I received. I got a phone call to let me know my hairdresser was running 10min late, which I really appreciated. I was happy with my haircut and the salon was a lovely environment.

My stylist was fantastic! Got the all over colour I wanted and a style cut to match my face and styling preference. All of the staff were lovely and answered my curiosities about what suits my type of hair.

Indie mane is the best hair salon I’ve ever been to, the girls are all amazing and so friendly and I love the selection of drinks and snacks they give you as well. Dallas is my hairdresser and she is the absolute best 🫶🏼

Angelique a beautiful professional young woman. very talented hairdresser. listened too what i had to say and offered some suggestions. Outstanding result with me drab hair. definitely recommend. Very relaxing salon for hair and beauty treatment/pamper

My little girl was a bit nervous to get her hair cut but Cassie made it such a wonderful experience for her. She accommodated the request for no hair dryers with ease, and my little one hasn't stopped raving about how Cassie used "fairy spray" (hairspray on her) and how she got to wear a princess cape. She loved her hair afterwards. Would definitely recommend Cassie and the rest of the girls at Indie Mane for any little ones especially those nervous about haircuts. Thank you for making it such a wonderful memory for her!
