Not sure what the lady’s name was (more mature with curly long hair) but she did a fabulous wash and blow dry. Good conversation. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back when I’m next in Coolangatta. Thanks for fitting me in at short notice too! Booking online was super quick & easy.

I had an amazing experience at studio eleven! The staff was welcoming, and my stylist, jayde, listened to my preferences while offering great suggestions. The attention to detail was fantastic, resulting in a vibrant colour and a perfect haircut that exceeded my expectations!

My stylist, Lisa, performed an actual miracle on my hair today. I waltzed in with a self-cut fringe, 9-months of split-ends and putting hairspray on wet hair (apparently you’re not meant to do that), and very high hopes… and by god did she deliver. I feel five stars worth of stoked after this appointment, and recommend Lisa for anyone who wishes to feel the same.

I have just moved to the area and felt nervous about finding a new hairdresser. Noriko was warm and understanding, she listened to my specific needs and did a lovely job. She also offered advice without pushing products. I have rebooked another appointment with her.

Best of the best on the Gold Coast! Been seeing Indy for a few years now and feel like an absolute rockstar every time I leave. The care, attention to detail, advice when I’m unsure what I need/want, and thoughtful little touches throughout my appointment always make my experience so lovely. Indy is the one of the coolest, kindest, most generous people I’ve met since I moved here - highly recommend her and Playa!

OMG what an experience 👌🏻 I've had absolute disasters when trying to find a new hairdresser and I was about to revert to package-dye until I had my first appointment with Abbey today. I'm so impressed with my colour and cut - and for what I'd consider an absolute bargain!!! I honestly can't remember the last time Ive been this happy with my hair AND enjoyed sitting in the chair for countless hours. Abbey took her time correcting the mess from other "pros" and gave amazing customer care as well as delivering amazing results. So impressed. so happy I found her. SAVIOUR.

Both haircuts I’ve had from River so far have gone great! What I wanted out of the cut, whether it be a small trim or a new style was taken into fully account and delivered beautifully. She is very friendly so it’s easy to sit back and chat while she works. Plus I walk out of the appointment with my curls in far better shape than when I entered~ Thank you River!
