Had a remedial massage and dry needing with Caroline today which was absolutely amazing. Caroline is highly experienced and who’s how all the muscles function and why you are experiencing pain in an area of your body. Walk in with a lot of pain and walk out with such relief from the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Caroline and I have already booked another appointment.

Finally, I found John via a recommendation from my new Personal Trainer. I tried literally dozens of remedial massage / Chiro / Osteo services locally, which either did nothing or made the situation worse. I have had three appointments with John now, and my back is 95% better. No constant pain or having to take strong pain killers like the past 6 months. John certainly knows what he is doing. It turns out my back was not the real issue; it was my quads & hamstrings being super tight, causing pain in the lower back muscles. Highly recommended from me 👍

Thaysa's remedial massage demonstrated her understanding and ability to diagnose the cause of acute injury in order to effectively restore function. She is also very knowledgeable about remedial exercises to assist in recovery from specific chronic malfunctions. Judith was fantastic, a great remedial massage that released pressure from my hip and back to allow me to stretch effectively. Very knowledgeable with the anatomy. Have rebooked for December for my next visit to the Gold Coast.

I have had several massages here over the years when we have holidayed in Coolangatta. The massages have always been excellent and this one was no exception. I had very tense shoulders and neck and the masseuse worked on this area only as I had requested. Communication during the massage was just right as was the intensity. A fantastic massage and would highly recommend.

The immense healing that I received today from Kim with her remedial massage and then the French facial .... Oh was so much more that I expected. So grateful for this amazing lady and her healing hands 🙏

Relaxing spa and firm but remedial massage

I always enjoy my visits to Mandala. Today I walked in after suffering from a sore neck and shoulder for the past 2 weeks. After my 40min Remedial Massage with Shoyay, I felt so much better and now can enjoy the rest of my weekend relatively pain free!!!! Today was my fourth visit and can’t fault the experience 💞
