I have recently moved to Brisbane from overseas and have been looking for a hairdresser and Calbie is a minute away from home so I thought it would be perfect. My hair is so damaged due to various reasons one being over bleaching. I wanted to go for my usual highlights but was persuaded to get some low lights and I honestly cannot be happier. My hair looks fab and I was so impressed with the knowledge/expertise and how it turned out as I would never have suggested this myself. I love Mia Hair Studio - I stumbled upon Mia with a GroupOn for a Keratin Treatment. The keratin treatment was professionally done and has lasted ages (I have very thick, curly hair and in Brisbane humidity it can be hard to control - all great now). While there, I mentioned I needed a cut, which Mia had no problem doing - she heard what I had to say and gave me the perfect cut with the texture I asked for. I have also had colouring done and just love it. I also love that it's a small boutique - I can get my hair cut and coloured in 2 hours (if you know, you know! I can spend 4 hours!)
