Having received her services of 2 massages and 5 tarot sessions to date (online and in person), I can truely say Ira is a true soul and spiritual healer. I visited PERFECTA today for a facial treatment and I was delighted with it. Jennifer is very professional, answered all my questions very clear, and she was very kind during all the treatment. So happy with the results as well. My face feels renewed and glowing. The clinic is well located, near to the light rail and buses. Everything is so clean and beautiful space. Nice energy!

I used to be really dentist anxious, but since going to the team at Sage Space I’ve felt WAY more comfortable and actually look forward to my appointments now. I love the whole team there. The foundational healing session I did with Ira was amazing. I went into the session with an open mind and finished it, astounded by where the journey had taken me into my memories, past and relationship with my inner child. Ira brought me to the thoughts and feelings that were hard to confront or understand. She has an incredible warmth, understanding, intuition and patience. She made me feel very safe throughout the session. I hope, for me, this is the beginning of a new chapter and healing journey.

I’ve had two sessions with Ira and both experiences were incredibly powerful. Her approach is very unique and felt deeply aligned with me. Meeting with Megan for a consultation about jockey nutrition/dietary needs made me feel so much more secure. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of an healthy jockey and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for best performanc. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Megans goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Megan is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her.

Rebecca Day has helped me so much, she is knowledgeable, kind and understanding, very easy to talk to and relatable. I have gotten alot of comfort and clarity out of each session with Rebecca.
