I work long hours at the desk, and my neck has always felt tight and locked. TCM places I’ve visited usually jump straight into cupping or prescribe meds. Here, Zhi Guang took time to assess everything before starting the manual therapy. Felt safe, detailed, and the relief was immediate. Finally, a place that actually fixed my shoulder.I’ve tried multiple massage places and tuina joints for my frozen shoulder, but it always came back. What Physician Hu did was different — he pinpointed the root cause and released something deep inside my shoulder blade I didn’t even know was stuck. It’s not just massage — it's real therapy.
