I work long hours at the desk, and my neck has always felt tight and locked. TCM places I’ve visited usually jump straight into cupping or prescribe meds. Here, Zhi Guang took time to assess everything before starting the manual therapy. Felt safe, detailed, and the relief was immediate. Not the painful pushing I was used to — more like firm, controlled work. Highly recommend for office workers like me.

Finally, a place that actually fixed my shoulder.I’ve tried multiple massage places and tuina joints for my frozen shoulder, but it always came back. What Physician Hu did was different — he pinpointed the root cause and released something deep inside my shoulder blade I didn’t even know was stuck. It’s not just massage — it's real therapy. I could move my arm without pain after one session. No bruises, no weird cupping. Just hands-on relief.👍👍👍

I am satisfied with my visit to BoneSetting at Centropod. The therapist was listening very attentively about the areas that needed “help”. Did some stretching before my bones were adjusted. Felt great after that. Will come again! Positive experience!

I had a ACL knee surgery due to an accident. After a year, it affected my left hip and knee which affected work and sleep. Booked my 1st session with Haikhal and it was much needed. He was very attentive during consultation and during the therapy, he created a safe space for me and patiently helped me to slowly overcome my PTSD during stretching. After therapy, he gave me recommendations and as someone who is very nervous and anxious, Haikhal really helped me to calm down and relax during the therapy and I left feeling much better. Highly recommended!
