Had haircut, non-bleaching hair dye and head spa, all done by Jason, who is so gentle, polite and skillful. Totally in love with the cool tone brown he chose for me and the head massage was so comfortable. Also the fringe shaping my face so well! I recently visited The Hair Lounge for a haircut, greeted with a warm welcome and a comfortable atmosphere. It was a great experience. I made an appointment for the haircut and when I arrived, everything was well prepared already. The trolley cart with all the accessories was already placed right next to the seat that I was assigned. The haircut went smoothly. The stylist was able to recommend a suitable cut for me, and also gave me details like how much he cut off, and why that length would be appropriate for easy styling. The wash with the bonus head massage was also good, helping to release tension after a bad night's sleep. All in all, excellent service and commendable skills.

Happy with my haircut experience with Jason! His attention to detail is impressive—my hair color is always perfect, and I don’t even need to say much because he just gets it. The cut itself is always precise and exactly what I envision, giving me a fresh new look every time. I've been with Livia for more than 1 year and trim my hair (with Scalp treatment) almost every 3-4 months. The service has been great since my 1st visit in Feb 2022. The thing I love most about Livia - she takes the time to understand my needs and she has never push me to dye, straighten or curl my hair. Also, I love how she explains my desired haircut (taken fr Pinterest / IG photo) and how in reality it may turn out. Silver has been my stylist for more than 10 years. That speaks volume of how much I trust her with my hair. From long wavy manes to short pixie, she never fails to assure me on my decision-making, be it hair color or style. A quiet personality yet friendly and always smiling, she is very patient and a good listener. She will listen to what you want to do with your hair and gives her opinions when it's due. She is not your typical in-your-face kind of stylist that will 'force' you on styles or treatments that you do not need. Because of these, she earns new clients from my family and friends.

The online booking process was seamless and user-friendly. Upon arrival, I was served promptly with no waiting time. I had several services done, including a haircut, air wavy perm, color, and treatments, all carried out with care. The stylist Ryu Marco was patient and attentive, explaining each step and offering useful aftercare tips. The environment was clean, pleasant, and included private spaces for added comfort. However, I noticed one day later that certain parts of my scalp felt rough, and I'm unsure if it was caused by the chemicals used during the perm.

Stylist Ina did and marvellous job on my curls, the haircut was done juz as what i preferred, she gave great tips to manage my curls, what very satisfied with the end results.. its like my curls came back alive.. will definetly go to Vybe’s for future haircuts. It’s my first visit and I had a wonderful experience. The salon is well located near Chinatown. It is spacious, clean with a minimalist vibe. My hair stylist is Carmen. She’s warm, friendly and super attentive. She gave me great advice about my hair style and shared great tips on hair care. I reckon this is one of the best hair salons I have ever visited in Singapore. The staff has great attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with my haircut, colour and treatment.
