First time visiting and super love the lashes Min did for me! Impressive styling work there. Two areas of improvement: the glue used does sting a little and removal of makeup could be gentler. :)

Had a great Carboxy facial session with Xindy. Xindy was friendly and gave good skincare advice such as choosing the right makeup remover for my skin type. What’s great is that she also constantly made sure I was ok with the level of pain during the session.

Always a good experience at Sankakkei! Hair washing & scalp massage was very relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Tsubasa is very good at what he does and I always feel happy leaving the salon with a haircut that suits my face. I've been to many other salons but nothing beats Tsubasa's haircut. Will definitely be back again. 🙂

Once again a great experience with Hiro! Appreciate the attention to detail and such a clean and swift service. Although did a colouring service, my hair still feels healthy and shiny. The hair wash service in itself is one of the best so far! So relaxing and with a great scalp massage too. Lastly, I really do appreciate that any additional cost is confirmed upfront before starting the service (have previously had bad experience in other sg salons where several hidden costs are revealed only at time of payment). Overall an extremely pleasant experience as always!

I had such a pleasant experience at this beauty spa! What I truly appreciate is that there was no hard selling after the session, unlike many other salons. The therapist was incredibly detailed, gentle, and professional throughout the entire treatment, which made it so relaxing and comfortable. Ken is very meticulous when cutting my hair and the end result is exactly what I wanted! I love the hair color as well.. this is the first time I managed to get this color without bleaching.. the other salons i went before say they are unable to do.. he is very friendly too. Will return for future hair cuts and hair treatments!

Went there twice, once for eyelash extensions which was done efficiently, but lashes dropped out way quicker than at other salons I’ve done my eyelashes. Second time I went for a model trial for nails, which they said was a total upfront cost for unlimited design but I ended up being charged extra for charms because the nail tech didn’t want/didn’t have time to do the design I wanted. So… overall I’m not sure I would come back.

I visited this nail salon and had a really pleasant experience. The place is clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and took their time to make sure everything was done nicely without rushing. I did a manicure and was very happy with the results — the shaping and polish were neat and lasted well. They also offer other services like eyelash extensions and makeup which is very convenient if you're looking to get everything done in one place. I did deluxe facial 1h10min. Skin condition: Combination Skin with more concerns on some texture. No acne. Pros: Environment was really relaxing, the ambience and scent was on point. Beautician was gentle as I told her I was scared of pain and having to deal with the downtime after extractions. Massage was really good as well. I wished it was longer! Cons: I do feel like the extractions can be done a bit more thorough? As even in express facial shops like Kskin, the extractions done are more thorough for my blackheads, so that was a little bit of a bummer.

I had a wonderful experience with Cream, such a confident and skilled beautician. She did an amazing job with my lash perm and lift. My lashes are beautifully curled and lifted, just the way I wanted. She’s also such a lovely lady to chat with, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I also opted for eyebrow trimming, but she kindly refused to charge me as she said she only nicked off a few extra hairs with such honesty and thoughtfulness! Truly a gem in this industry. Was looking for salons that I can try out and found this near me. I booked under Erika and I can say that she is really good in what she does. You can see that she is really confident in what she is doing when she’s cutting your hair. first time here and had a great experience. opted for gel manicure removal as my previous set had grown out way too much. The removal was fast yet very well done and clean. Manicurist is also professional and provided great service. Much better than what i experienced at other manicure salons. Will definitely give it a try to do my next set of nails here.
