This was hands down the best workout I've had in years! The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and creates such a motivating environment. The owner is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and clearly full of knowledge and experience. She takes the time to guide you, motivate you, and ensure you're getting the most out of your workout — whether you're a beginner or more advanced . This was my fourth session with Tashi. Each one has been a positive experience with him coaching and encouraging me. This is high intensity, slow strength training for muscular strength, bone density, hypertrophy, improved range of motion, plus injury rehab and more. I already realize the benefits. I highly recommend Olga and her husband because they are fully knowledgeable trainer. Their facility is clean, and the workout machines are effective (my favorite is the stairs). My testimony is that I had foot surgery on 03/2021. I was depressed and gain lots of weight. I decided to find a trainer to help me with my journey of healthy eating and strength training. Through google search, I found this place. I am forever thankful because Olga accommodated and prioritized my limitation, but fully able to lose weight. She's kind and understanding.

These guys are probably some of the most knowledgeable in the game. JFLo and Mike are great at helping you pinpoint the cause of your aches and pains and not only do the soft tissue work to alleviate you, but they give you homework so you can continue the recovery between visits. My first experience will not be my last. I loved the place, the workout and the personal attention I got. Since it was my first time, I had a lot of questions, wanting to understand what I am doing and why I am doing it. I left feeling like I can fly and I could feel SOMETHING GOOD happening in my body. I am interested in cellulite treatments and every minute in that GYM is well spend because the red lights and vacum amplify your workout so it's perfect for busy people, you get more done in less time... I will be back, I believe it will make a difference just where I need it.

Adilia is amazing! She has a wonderful , welcoming spa. She is very nice and professional! I had a shoulder issue from weight training and I saw a shldr specialist &chiropractor ,and they were unable to help me recover. It did require multiple sessions, but I have regained full range of motion! Thank you Adilia!!

Franson is awesome! He’s so professional and just an expert in body mechanics. In just two sessions I feel like a new person. Josh was great, definitely recommend. I had bad right knee pain and swelling from marathon training . After first session the pain was almost completely gone. Following his strength training recommendations, the pain is gone within a week. Looking forward to results from next session.
