I had two facial procedures done, including injections, at ReBalance Clinic and had such a great experience. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. They explained everything clearly and didn’t rush me at all. The procedures were done very carefully, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. The clinic is also super clean and calming. Went for a couple deep tissue and it was magical. Lee and Zoe got all my knots out and my girl and I felt so relax afterward we literally melted into the massage tables. We decided to join their membership and got a free facial too. 10/10 would recommend

This was my first time getting a scalp treatment. It felt so luxurious and relaxing. The room is beautiful as well. Will definitely be going back and also look forward to trying their facial.

After many years and trying multiple places in New York, I finally found true professionalism here! I had a PRP treatment (two sessions), and the result is extraordinary. Been getting my hair cut by Ilker for a while now and he never disappoints. Great attention to detail, excellent fades, and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. One of the best barbers I’ve had in New York. Highly recommend.

Just had the most amazing peel facial at W Laser with Violet and I’m glowing—literally! Violet was so knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience feel luxe and personalized. Michael was the best!! He helped me through the process of setting up an appointment. We talked about what services would be best for me based on what I wanted to improve with myself! We decided I would benefit from the em sculpt & it was fun! lol The elctroshock was like a workout!! Coming back this week to get a facial done. Also shout out to Natalia!!! She is a sweetheart and ensured I was comfortable during the whole experience!

Went this morning for The Executive Chap with Ilker. Awesome experience! I’m a barber of 30 years and this haircut was perfect and the beard/facial was fantastic. Will definitely be booking with Ilker the next time I’m in the city.

Amazing experience at Gili. The ambience is fantastic. So peaceful and welcoming. I had the hair and facial treatment and I feel so restored and refreshed. I don’t often do these treatments because I have sensitive skin. But this was gentle and so nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Violetta is amazing! I did microneedling and a hydrating facial with her, and my skin has never looked this smooth and glowing. She explains everything so clearly, works gently, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. The results were even better than I expected — truly professional hands! This is beyond the best Spa/medical location thus far in Astoria. From the customer service to the work they put in to ensure you leave feeling calm and relaxed. I come to this location for cupping/needling and let me tell you, my back has felt so good ever since. Thankfully, my health insurance covers this part. Today, however, I had a chance to get a facial/massage combo and it was beyond amazing. Left feeling new. Idk how best to put it, but don’t miss out. Give them a chance!

Reception staff always makes you feel welcomed and try to anticipate your wants. The store is immaculate, hair is picked up almost as soon as it falls. It was my good fortune to have Michael as my barber. Micheal is a true tonsorial artist. We discuss what i would like done, look at the pros and cons and the finished product gets me complements from friends and family. The best finale is to top it off with a relaxing and invigilating facial; expertly done by Micheal. Truly a relaxing end to a fantastic experience.

A little language barrier but otherwise service was fantastic. Never felt so relaxed at a facial. My skin came out so smooth and soft. The AI face report was ok, although not fully accurate.
