I had two facial procedures done, including injections, at ReBalance Clinic and had such a great experience. The staff was warm, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. They explained everything clearly and didn’t rush me at all. The procedures were done very carefully, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. The clinic is also super clean and calming. I recently joined the monthly Radiance Reset Facial membership to upkeep with my skin health. After 3 months, I have seen significant improvements in the moisturize, bounce, brightness, and scarring in my skin. Been getting my hair cut by Ilker for a while now and he never disappoints. Great attention to detail, excellent fades, and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. One of the best barbers I’ve had in New York. Highly recommend.

I got a deep cleansing gua sha facial, eyebrow lamination, and lash lift. The staff was kind and it was such a relaxing experience. My brows and lashes look great and I woke up today with a noticably less puffy face. I will be back every month for a refresh.

It's a very nice facility. And Diego put me right at ease. The treatments were excellent, far surpassing similar treatments I've had elsewhere. If I lived in New York, I'd become a regular customer for sure!!

I had my transcend head spa with Denisse and she was absolutely amazing. I left feeling refreshed and happier after. The spa was a clean and very relaxing environment. Anna at the front desk was also super informative with all my questions. A couple notes for new clients. My session consisted of a face mask, where they cover your mouth, you would need to be able to completely breathe through your nose. All your personal effect remain with you in the room. There are also bigger pillows available for under your legs. Lastly, you will be able to tip in cash on site, or on the Fresha app.

Had such an amazing mg experience with Liliya today! This was my first facial, she walks you through every step and truly gives her best opinion on skincare treatments for your skin type. For a salon on fifth Avenue her prices are unbeatable and she has such a clean and welcoming space. She is also so sweet, professional and honest. I will definitely be coming back for more facials with her! 10/10 recommend!

Michael was the best!! He helped me through the process of setting up an appointment. We talked about what services would be best for me based on what I wanted to improve with myself! We decided I would benefit from the em sculpt & it was fun! lol The elctroshock was like a workout!! Coming back this week to get a facial done. Also shout out to Natalia!!! She is a sweetheart and ensured I was comfortable during the whole experience!

Amazing experience at Gili. The ambience is fantastic. So peaceful and welcoming. I had the hair and facial treatment and I feel so restored and refreshed. I don’t often do these treatments because I have sensitive skin. But this was gentle and so nice. I’ll definitely be back!

Violetta is amazing! I did microneedling and a hydrating facial with her, and my skin has never looked this smooth and glowing. She explains everything so clearly, works gently, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. The results were even better than I expected — truly professional hands!
