I had a great experience getting the glow up facial with Kelly. She was really calming and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. She kept me informed when she was using the steam and extractions so I had no surprises. The extractions barely hurt and she used a great amount of pressure for the whole service, I nearly fell asleep! I loved my facial here and wouldn’t hesitate to book back in again. I would highly recommend to anyone in and around the area ☺️

Just had my fourth non-surgical facial with Fran, and every session has been such a great experience. Fran always makes me feel really at ease, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and is so kind and attentive—making sure I’m comfortable throughout. My skin felt amazing afterwards— less puffy, smoother, brighter, and my pores looked instantly reduced. The full results will take up to six weeks, but I’m already chuffed to see a noticeable difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic experience easy to book online with availability to suit my needs. After working loads of hours and having hectic few weeks decided to book in for Indian head massage, all I can say is I completely felt the difference and benefits after it. Very friendly young lady polite and courteous who I would recommend to anyone in the Swansea area will definitely be using Dolly Rocks again and become a regular now have found somewhere so good close to home. Ashley was so friendly and gentle. I had the most amazing facial ever! The room is so beautiful set up with dreamy lights I was so relaxed! I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I will repeat myself, but best place ever. Top service, always leaving happy after coffee, chat and a nap on heated bed having my lashes done and with beautiful nails. I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

I had the baby glass skin facial and I was literally speechless! The results are absolutely amazing!
