Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! Had my first facial with Rio and it was honestly amazing! She’s such a lovely girl—so friendly and welcoming—and you can really tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. I recently visited Stargaze Aesthetics in Stockport and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which helped as I was a bit nervous before my appointment. My therapist, Stephanie talked me through everything beforehand and explained exactly what she was going to do, so I felt comfortable the whole time. The treatment itself was good value compared with other places I’d looked at, and I was impressed with how thorough they were with aftercare. They explained what to do afterwards and even followed up to make sure everything was going well.

As always Laura was lovely, very professional and informative, she talked me through the process of the facial peel and filler that I had booked. I had never had the facial peel before so was quite nervous but she explained everything step by step and what to do afterwards, I must say that I came away extremely pleased with the results and will definitely go back for another one
