Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! She is an experienced nurse who takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which immediately puts you at ease. I felt completely comfortable and in very safe hands throughout. The whole team at Radiate are so friendly, welcoming and professional, and the salon itself has such a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. Another amazing treatment by Zoe! I wasn’t sure which treatment would give me the results I wanted, but she explained everything and recommended the best option. I was nervous, but she put me completely at ease and the treatment wasn’t painful at all. No bruising again, and my swelling went down within an hour, although I was advised it can take up to 48 hours. The clinic is spotless, and Zoe always double-cleans every surface. Professional, knowledgeable and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend Zoe x
