Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! I can’t recommend Rio highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Rio is professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. It was obvious that Rio genuinely cares about providing a high-quality treatment rather than just rushing through an appointment.

Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

I usually have the Signature Spa Massage, which is absolutely amazing. However, Janet is now offering a Lymphatic Drainage Massage so I tried this out this time. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had and fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment. It consists of very light pressure on the lymphatic system which is just under the skin. This is followed by very gentle strokes to move the toxins in your body along the lymphatic system so your body can cleanse itself and expel the toxins in your urine. This really was a lovely experience and I can recommend it to anyone.
