I had a hydra facial with Nagar. She was very friendly and asked my skin and goals. It was mid December and the heating and cold weather has made my skin feel dry and dehydrated. I’m a south Asian female in my mid 40’s and suffer from rosacea, dryness and sensitive skin. I was looking for a gentle treatment that didn’t irritate my skin. The hydra facial started with cleansing, followed by extraction. Then a gel was applied and ultrasound used for rejuvenation. Followed by a booster treatment at an extra price. Finally an electro magnetic device to stimulate blood flow and red light therapy.

Really happy with my facial, mani and pedi. The steamer wasnt working during the facial however the therapist used heated cotton pads as a substitute. Happy with the overall experience

Management is terrible, she needs to inform customers prior to their appointment (preferably on their booking Confo email) to bring their own face mask or they will need to pay for one. The fact that a mask needs to be worn is completely acceptable and understandable, however, as a business you cannot expect that ALL customers keep up to date with business government guidelines so it would be morally correct to inform customers of this prior to their appointment to ensure they come prepared. Rest of the staff are lovely, especially Julia who is amazing!

Mitesh was absolutely amazing. he really understood what i wanted and took time to understand and booked me in for a consultation. his haircut is brilliantly amazing!!! i am so so so happy with my toner and haircut and will definitely be back for a balayage later this year!!! thankyou to mitesh and the team they were incredible and very gentle and respectful.
