⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistently amazing! Katie is an absolute gem of a nail tech. I’ve been to her three times now, and she does an incredible job every single time. My nails look beautiful and I get so many compliments on them. She is also just the loveliest, most welcoming person—she always makes me feel so comfortable. I couldn't recommend her more!

Absolutely lovely service. The ladies are welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to, and they also serve great coffee. I was very happy with my nails and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Catalina is especially amazing with children. She has now cut my 2-year-old son’s hair several times, and not only does it look great every time, but she also has a fantastic approach with kids. I’ve even booked her for my own haircut because I trust her completely. Highly recommended!

My appointment last Saturday was thoroughly enjoyable! Sienna treated me like a truly valued Customer, with plenty of enthusiasm and humour. The Hair & Beauty Lounge in Kettering is impecibly clean and tidy. All the Team Members work hard showing real passion for their trade. I felt I could chat with other Customers with ease as the atmosphere is so pleasent

Fabulous, can't fault it! Hope is brilliant and expecially great with those of us who are a little nervous of hairdressers. After a number of bad experiences in Kettering, I now wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The care and kindness Jaz showed throughout my appointment went above and beyond, she really went the extra mile and the pride in her work demonstrated great dedication to the Salon and I came home safely and feeling better than on arrival. If ever I needed a visit to the Hair & Beauty Lounge - this was the day. Instinct told me, due to previous visits, I would be in safe hands and I was right! My hair is now perfectly coloured and my mental health boosted. It's also great to see a new team member who is equally professional and kind. She's done it again! Another brilliant experience at the capable hands of Hope. Total restyle requested and Hope really delivered. Perfect balance between creativity and a practical understanding of hair and client lifestyle. Hope listens to you and gives you what you ask for but she also injects a level of flair and style which sets her apart from your ordinary hairdresser.
