During my initial consultation, Sarah talked me through the whole process, making me feel comfortable and testing a small skin tag to see how I’d manage the treatment. The pre-appointment questionnaire wouldn’t let me add any changes. I explained this at my appointment and agreed to sign a disclaimer in case my skin had a reaction with the updated facial. I felt there was a lot of waiting around during this (which I didn’t think was my fault) and so my treatment was delayed by about 25 minutes. One of the roller treatments was also omitted from my treatment because it had been upgraded since I last had the facial. I didn’t enjoy the experience or find it as relaxing as much as I usually do, and came away feeling disappointed when it is usually a real treat.
