I recently had the pleasure of visiting Holly for my beauty treatments, and I can’t sing her praises enough! From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. She has done my nails, pedicure, and eyebrows, and each time, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with her skills. Holly is incredibly gentle, making each experience not just pleasant, but truly relaxing. She takes the time to listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that I leave feeling completely satisfied. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about her clients and their beauty journeys.

The pre-appointment questionnaire wouldn’t let me add any changes. I explained this at my appointment and agreed to sign a disclaimer in case my skin had a reaction with the updated facial. I felt there was a lot of waiting around during this (which I didn’t think was my fault) and so my treatment was delayed by about 25 minutes. One of the roller treatments was also omitted from my treatment because it had been upgraded since I last had the facial. I didn’t enjoy the experience or find it as relaxing as much as I usually do, and came away feeling disappointed when it is usually a real treat.

Love Natalie's Footlogix Express Pedicure treatment. This was my third and I think that my feet have never looked and felt in better condition then they are now. Very happy feet!

Natalie was, as always, professional. She listens to your needs and adjusts the treatments accordingly. The flexibility of her approach is comforting and reassures you are in safe hands.

Lovely relaxing treatment, just what I needed .

I have extremely weak nails and Natalie has given me advice on how to look after them and work towards strengthening them. I had gel polish for our holiday and was delighted with the look. I can 100% recommend Natalie for manicure, gel polish and after care advice.
