I always look forward to my hair appointments - proper pampering Izzie knows my colour, styling and always curls my hair without having to ask or look it up. Rosie was amazing today! I went in with the remains of a migraine, worried I wouldn’t do well in the salon however Rosie took such good care of me making me feel so relaxed and comfortable that I left feeling so much better. I've been going to fresh since it opened and it's a lovely place to go. I have my hair done every week by Izzy my nails done by Millie and the whole team. A lovely and a very enjoyable experience each time.

Yet another lovely Beauty treatment with Alix.. Alix is so thoughtful and always takes time to explain and talk thru each treatment before hand...which really puts you at ease . Would also like to say how welcoming the whole staff are each time I visit. Really happy with Rosie looking after my hair.....did a great job with my full head of highlights and,looking forward to my appointment tomorrow . Excellent as always

Received a eye lash lift tint with Meg this morning. My lashes are very short since Menopause but Meg was great. Very gentle and relaxing experience and my eyes look much more vibrant. Thank you and ill be back soon. Ella x
