I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in, & Ellie, my therapist, was very friendly & chatty & made me feel very relaxed. This was the first time I've had a HD Brows treatment & I'm over the moon with the results. Definitely be back for future treatments.

I had an Indian Head Massage and hand scrub with Lauren: all the staff are always incredibly friendly and happy to answer any questions, which is great for someone like me who isn't your typical beauty-treatment sort of person! The treatments are amazing and I always come away feeling great!

I came in to have my nails done and eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. I was very apprehensive about coming as it has been a few years since I have had any kind of beauty treatments done and I have found some places can be quite patronising towards people who do not regularly keep up with their beauty treatments, however that was not the case here. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel like I was welcome, everyone was so friendly and conversation flowed easily which made me feel a lot more relaxed. I was incredibly happy with my manicure and wax and will definitely be back in the future.

This was my first treatment at Beaux, I first spoke with Amy who was kind and knowledgeable as well as reassuring as I have had bad experiences going to salons previously, she welcomed me into the salon and then into her room where I can not express what an amazing job she did with my eyebrows! So much so I enquired about further treatments with her so she patch tested me there and then as well as running through loads of advice and recommendations for me personally. 10/10 can't wait to rebook!x

My beautician for the treatments I had today is the best at what she does. They are all brilliant in there but I would only have the one for intimate waxing as she does it how I like. No messing about. I would recommend this place to anyone as you can get everything done in one place. So glad I found this place. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful, which is why it is the only place I go for my beauty needs.

Would highly recommend Helen for intimate wax! Definitely a pro and knows what she’s doing. Had a lot of different waxers and she’s up there with the best! was especially impressed with her friendly approach and breathing tips! Best in Taunton!

Helen uses hot wax and the result is always good and more comfortable than wax and strips. She was recommended to me as the best place to get waxed in Taunton and I would completely agree.
