Honestly, there is nothing like the elite customer service and professional quality that Sami provides. She is a consummate hair technician and a wonderful human being. A wonderfully run salon with top drawer, down to earth staff, oh and Lily.

I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

Another first class visit to Vaughans today. Rob coloured my hair and Vaughan cut it. I’m so lucky to have two such dedicated professionals working on my hair. Both miracle workers in my opinion. My hair has never looked so good. Thank you fellas. It’s such a pleasure to visit and be treated so well. Refreshments too!! I would recommend you to anyone. See you in August.

Anna is the best hairdresser! She listens to what you want and also gives you ideas. She does a fantastic cut and colour and always takes her time, which I really appreciate. The salon is so relaxed and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Really lovely, enjoyable experience. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Sami is a. great hairdresser she always stands in if my usual hairdresser Sarah is not available. I’ve been going to these girls for a number of years now and always come away happy.

Always good you even get offered a drink if you want one ! And the girls are always friendly.
