It was my first time going to this gorgeous salon, as I needed to find a new nail tech as my current one couldn’t do my nails anymore, and they were able to fit me in very quickly. My nails were last done nearly 2 months ago so they desperately needed doing as I had lifting and loose nails. I had my nails done by a senior nail tech and she did an amazing job and I am very happy with them and I have found my new nail tech. The staff were lovely and I will be booking in myself and my daughter for more treatments very soon.

I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

Elsie is a FANTASTIC nail artist. For the (almost) year I’ve been going to her lovely little studio she’s provided high quality nails that last amazingly well in my hands-on job. First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Elsie was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and she brought my vision for my nails to life.
