Today was my first ever appointment with Elsie and it was a lovely experience - Elsie was super friendly and made sure that I was happy with my nails at every step and I absolutely love the completed set, I’ve never had such pretty nail art before! Honestly, there is nothing like the elite customer service and professional quality that Sami provides. She is a consummate hair technician and a wonderful human being. A wonderfully run salon with top drawer, down to earth staff, oh and Lily.

I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

I had an amazing experience with Avril at Beauty Within. I had multiple appointments for different services (massage, manicure, pedicure, brow lamination, lashes and some waxing). Avril was exceptional at everything and I feel totally pampered and beautified 🥰 all the staff here are friendly and welcoming. Beauty within also runs extremely well operationally, all my appointments were on time and I found Avril to be super efficient and professional. I am super happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

As always, amazing. Arrianna knows how to put me at ease. As I realy don't like my toe nails being done. But like to have them tidy & polished. @ the same time I gave my manicure. Which is always top quality.

It is always a relaxing pleasure to have a treatment by Viv. She is such a skilled, professional technician and so friendly and welcoming. You definitely get VIP treatment from Viv. Her new treatment room is a calm oasis in Torpoint and I always look forward to my appointments.

I had a lovely luxury manicure and a luxury pedicure with Nadia. The service is always great and she makes having the treatments a really relaxing experience. 🌟

I cannot recommend Kerri’s services more highly. I experienced my first hot stone massage today and came away feeling really relaxed and stress free, it was amazing. I regularly have manicures, eyebrow wax etc. Kerri is always friendly, professional and very talented. I always feel pampered and leave feeling very happy and never disappointed.

I love the new salon. I had a fabulous luxury pedicure. The Navy products used were so luxurious. My feet feel super soft. My BIAB manicure with French nails are perfect. Thank you Maddison as always a lovely afternoon.
