I go to Emily to have my nails done every month but this time it was for a lash lift which I have never had before. I was a little nervous about it but Emily put me at ease straight away explaining everything she was doing. Fantastic facial and back massage with Emily yesterday. My skin looks so clean, clear and fresh. The products were lovely and felt so soothing on my skin. This is the second facial I’ve had with Emily and I’ll definitely be back for more. The back massage was great too! Just the right amount of pressure and Emily found the knots in my shoulders quickly and worked effectively to release the tension. I will definitely be booking a follow up session when I’m next in Birmingham. Thanks Emily!

I had not had my eye lashes lifted and tinted before I wasn’t sure about anyone touching around my eyes but Emily made sure I was comfortable and was incredibly gentle I didn’t feel anything. She kept making sure I was ok and explained what she was doing. I am absolutely delighted with the results my eyelashes look long and curl slightly at the top each lash is individual. I have black tint which shows my lashes off. Would really recommend this treatment and for Emily to do this for you.

Tsz was so friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt in safe hands and her professionalism was amazing. She did a lovely job on my lashes, Korean lash lift. I would definitely go again!

I’m a regular customer and have been now for sometime , I’ve been having lash extentions for a long time now and used many lash technicians , I would never go anywhere else .
