Sarah was INCREDIBLE!! Talked me through everything, showed me everything on the box of filler i had never seen with previous work from other practitioners that messed up my lips, looked at my lips and spoke to me about what she’s going to do regarding my previous work that i hasn't happy with & has completely fixed and transformed my lips! Was so kind and comforting throughout the appointment that i barely even felt the needle i was so relaxed! Will be returning for future work🥰

Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. Nervous about somewhere new but Kaitlan and the place were lovely and I love my tan! Kaitlan offered to fix my tan the next day if I was too sweat it off in my sleep in this heat which I thought was very kind, fortunately it did not and I’m very happy with it, thanks!!!
