Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophie!

I’ve been looking for a new masseuse since moving to Sydney and Hannah far exceeded all of my expectations. The whole experience was completely serene from start to finish, which is often not the case with remedial massage. Hannah is incredibly talented and really helped to work out the knots in my back that were causing pain and tension headaches - have already booked in again for weekly sessions with her!

Went in with a lot of tension in my hips and neck and Hannah expertly worked her magic. Have woken up the day after the massage and my neck pain has almost entirely disappeared. Will 100% be booking a follow up session.

This was my second time seeing Sean. The first session was already very intense and extremely liberating. So for this second session, I really had no expectations, but it was even more intense. Thomas is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever met. He checked in about pressure, focused on the tight spots I mentioned, and found problem areas I didn’t even realise I had. I left feeling balanced, relaxed, and pain-free. If you need someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Thomas is the one!

I decided to do the massage for my back pain and honestly I enjoyed that so much, I coulnd't reach my foot when stretching and I could do that after the massage. Also, Hugo is lovely person!
