Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating in finding an appointment time that worked for me and made me feel welcome and completely at ease as soon as I arrived. I had a full body massage and facial, and both treatments were amazing – so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The whole experience felt professional, calming and personalised.
