This was one of the best relaxation treatments I have experienced. Martyna has curated a warm, cosy and comfortable environment where you can lean fully into the self care experience. She is thoughtful, open, nurturing and I found it very easy to relax in the space with her. I often find this difficult to achieve in ‘beauty’ environments so I mean it when I say that Martyna has created something truly special. We are very lucky to have her in Perth and I am already looking through my diary to schedule my next unwinding session with her. ❤️

It was my first time in Martyna’s new treatment room today. It was the perfect temperature, thoughtfully laid out and very easy to relax in. I tried the Lift and Release Facial Massage this time and it was exactly what I needed! I loved the feel of the rollers and the pressure point holds. I do hold a lot of tension in my jaw and neck and Martyna expertly massaged and loosened up the fascia in those areas as I quietly melted into the bed and hoped it would never end. The time always goes so fast!

Amazing first massage at My Body My Temple. I was recommended to visit My Body My Temple by a friend of mine as I have been having problems with my shoulders. I had the head, neck and shoulder massage. Most massages I have had at different spa’s in the past, just concentrated on the areas that you had paid for, but this time not only were by shoulders massaged but so was my spine with connecting tissues. Will certainly go again and thank you.

Sarah couldnt of been more accommodating! She was so thoughtful meeting my needs and nothing was too much bother. My mini ped went without a hitch and even though no soak, my hard skin was addressed. Martyna chatted with me beforehand to talk about what my expectations were for the treatment and what I hoped to get out of it. She then described the techniques she'd be using, and points in the treatment where she'd need me to actively participate and why, so I fully knew what to expect before we started. I left feeling so relaxed and lighter and less tense generally, as well as specifically in my jaw and shoulders. I will absolutely be back for this or another treatment!

Absolutely loved my facial with Martyna! From the moment I walked in, the treatment room felt so welcoming, with beautiful lighting and the most gorgeous-smelling oils. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, but what made it extra special was Martyna.
