I absolutely love this salon near Kensington Olympia. Olga is truly one of the most professional nail technicians I’ve ever come across — the quality of her manicures and pedicures is simply unmatched. I haven’t seen anything this good anywhere in London or even in Surrey, where I live. Honestly, it’s completely worth traveling two hours from home just to have my nails done here. The results are always perfect. What makes it even more special is the atmosphere — I genuinely feel like I’m among friends or family every time I visit. I will definitely keep coming back!

Legitimately one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have issues with my hip flexors since a hip replacement and she paid a lot of attention to working those out. My mobility is considerably better since. Also, just the full body massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. A well earned 5 stars. Will make sure to fit it in and seek Natalie out on any visit to London!

The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.
