Really great, no post-application sting and usually my eyes stream a LOT when I get lashes done so its mostly an unpleasant experience for me. But I was very pleased with what Kay did for me, great lashes, didn't feel a thing! Already my fave lash tech :)

Martina was absolutely brilliant today when she pierced my daughter’s nose. My daughter has sensory difficulties and was understandably quite anxious, but Martina was so patient, calm and reassuring throughout. She took her time, explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. The piercing was quick, professional and as stress-free as it could have been. Martina’s kindness and understanding really made all the difference, and we’re so grateful for how well she looked after my daughter. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. A lovely experience! She was so efficient and comforting, my wax flew by. She still waxed me even though I was running late and I was well informed about how to maintain my wax. Will definitely be back again!
