Grace was very welcoming and was very knowledgeable with the products she was using. She gave a step by step explanation as to what she was doing at each step. As a man I had never had a facial before, but I will definitely be returning.

Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! From the pre-appointment form where Grace even asks if you would like to chat or not, you can tell she pays attention to the smallest details. It was my first facial after a routine consultation with Grace a year ago (if you never had a routine consultation with her please book it NOW because it will change your life).
