Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! I went to Samantha for my second appointment with a pretty painful and red breakout on my skin and she was so so gentle. Through all my appointments she explains what she is doing and gives really amazing advice, and is super knowledgable- she advised just by looking at my skin that the skin barrier was compromised in my breakout . By the time I left my breakout had really visibly reduced (I actually couldn’t believe it!) and was much less painful. I really love these appointments and end up so relaxed I fell asleep under the lamp!!!
