Emma was amazing! I’m telling everyone… it was so relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable. The space was really calming and I left feeling a lot lighter and my skin was glowing! Really looked after my skin using Medik8 and gave me lots of tips. Really lovely experience I am def going back.

I had such an amazing experience! The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep twice. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, just how I like them. Polly was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and completely at ease throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with both treatments. I’ve been a regular at Rose and River for over a year now, and every treatment has been consistently five-star. The quality is excellent, but what really sets this place apart is the team. I’m always welcomed with a smile, a hug, and genuine interest in how I’m doing; it feels more like visiting friends than an appointment. Val is not only an incredibly skilled nail tech but also a truly lovely person, as is everyone else I’ve met there. Highly recommend!

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

Lauren did an amazing job with my full head tint, cut, and a curly blow-dry! My hair is very thick so I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair but she listened to exactly what I wanted, and my hair looks and feels fantastic—so healthy and beautifully styled. She’s skilled, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible massage! The space is was so relaxing, and after I told the therapist what areas I needed her to focus on, she really delivered. I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

Afshan was amazing. She began by focusing on pain point and handled the area with her expert technique. She was so lovely and warm and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely book with Afshan again.

I had a Luxury HydroFacial with Elle and it was a wonderful experience. Elle was very nice and her knowledge was excellent, she explained everything clearly and even recommended a few things to help enhance my skin. She was also very gentle yet efficient during the extractions, which I really appreciated. The place itself was clean, calm, and relaxing, making the whole treatment even more enjoyable. I left feeling relaxed and my skin looked amazing. Highly recommend!
