I’ve been a regular at Rose and River for over a year now, and every treatment has been consistently five-star. The quality is excellent, but what really sets this place apart is the team. I’m always welcomed with a smile, a hug, and genuine interest in how I’m doing; it feels more like visiting friends than an appointment. Lou was wonderful, I cannot recommend enough! My bespoke facial was perfect, I really appreciated the care Lou took in both explaining the facial and what I’d like to also delivering it, plus the knowledge she had around a scar I have left me totally at ease and able to completely drift off and enjoy the whole experience. The added touch of a foot massage too was amazing. Love the ambience and music, my fave place to have a facial!

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

Lauren did an amazing job with my full head tint, cut, and a curly blow-dry! My hair is very thick so I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair but she listened to exactly what I wanted, and my hair looks and feels fantastic—so healthy and beautifully styled. She’s skilled, friendly, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful experience. My facial was a lifting and firming one, with a buccal massage add-on. This was the first time I had a buccal massage and I loved it. The whole facial was so relaxing, I even fell asleep during it. My skin was glowing when I came out of the studio. I would highlight recommend it.

Could rate Re:lax and Grace more highly! I had the bespoke men’s facial and it was incredible. I’m still so relaxed from it after 24 hours… the massaging element really helped soften my skin and relax my facial and neck muscles. The LED was a good experience too. Finally, the products worked great for my sensitive skin. Grace was lovely. She’d taken the time to explain the treatments and products, as well as understanding my form answer, making it a very comfortable experience. Thanks Grace!
