Always an absolute pleasure to come here for treatments. Natalie really listens to you and takes such a caring approach which is so refreshing! I’ve been overfilled before and it makes me nervous but Natalie takes a less is more approach and then see how we go - making sure you are happy with the results is her priority. I feel safe and trust putting my face in her hands 😄

I had an incredible massage! The space is was so relaxing, and after I told the therapist what areas I needed her to focus on, she really delivered. She worked out all the tension exactly where I needed it, and I left feeling completely refreshed and lighter. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a personalized, amazing massage!

I have been coming here for over a year now for a range of treatments including waxing, tints and botox. Nat has really created something beautiful, where you can feel so relaxed and have a such a funny time. All of the staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Nat is able to listen to you and see the vision and help you make it reality. It's absolutely my favourite salon in South.

Every time at Rose and River is a great time! I had a peeling with Sissy and she is super professional and makes you always at ease! She knows a lot and also knows how to deal with different situations that might arise. Generally, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, always great service. I couldn't recommend Bobbie enough. Since starting my Skin Reset journey, my skin has never felt or looked better. Bobbie thoroughly looks at my skin and gives it the tailored treatment it needs and regularly checks up on how my skin is doing. I had an irritated rash around my eyes for months before seeing Bobbie and tried various creams to sooth it with nothing working - after my first session, the rash has completely gone. I'm now 5 weeks post my first facial and the rash hasn't reappeared. Bobbie is a miracle worker :-)
