My hair is very thick so I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair but she listened to exactly what I wanted, and my hair looks and feels fantastic—so healthy and beautifully styled. I’ve been a regular at Rose and River for over a year now, and every treatment has been consistently five-star. The quality is excellent, but what really sets this place apart is the team. I’m always welcomed with a smile, a hug, and genuine interest in how I’m doing; it feels more like visiting friends than an appointment. Val is not only an incredibly skilled nail tech but also a truly lovely person, as is everyone else I’ve met there. Highly recommend!

Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

I had an incredible massage! The space is was so relaxing, and after I told the therapist what areas I needed her to focus on, she really delivered. Working from home, cellulite is a big issue for me. The cavitation package has been miraculous to help with my leg appearance before my holiday. My therapist for this is Chloe, who is not only exceptionally professional with her knowledge of the services - she is also outstanding with her customer care. Brooke is very professional, knowledgeable and consciousness. Everything is clean. I have anxiety but Brooke makes me feel relaxed. She is extremely kind and friendly. I have my lashes and brows done regularly. I have also had facial and spray tan. Brooke is local to me which is great. I'm so glad I saw a recommendation for her services on social media.
